It is vitally important that maintenance is performed correctly and at optimal times and costs. DreamsIT focuses on providing SaaS services to support the assets maintenance processes. The relationship between maintenance costs and improvement of operational reliability as a benefit can be increased through our SaaS services.
Health
Considering that non-communicable diseases are one of the largest epidemics worldwide, and that these diseases were contracted mainly during people´s working hours, is where Dreamsit focused its efforts on developing SaaS systems. The system would allow the collaborators of an organization and their families, to centralize and formalize all of their health requirements, so that communication with health care professionals who can solve clinical services at a distance can take place quickly, timely, safely and with the same or better quality than the traditional system. Occupational safety and occupational diseases in Chile are mainly regulated by law 16,744, and require risk management based on the likelihood of events (incidents, accidents, diseases that have various consequences) occurring during or on the job, versus its consequences (no lost time, with lost times, invalidity and fatalities), for which DreamsIT makes its saas services available, to support companies to ensure that their security management has the greatest number of control and statistical tools, contribute in the fulfillment of their indicators.
People Management
Labor relations are fundamental for the good development and growth of society. For this reason, the tripartite relationship between employer, worker and regulatory framework should be in harmony.
